How to Create a Confidential Job Position in the Hunter AI Recruitment and HR Management System?

Hunter AI recruitment system allows you to post job positions confidentially – meaning, without displaying the organization’s name or logo on the dedicated landing pages provided by Niloosoft.
Confidential posting protects the employer’s identity at the initial stage of the recruitment process, but does not prevent access to the position within the system for organizational users.
Important to note: this is not about preventing employees within the organization from accessing the position, but rather about creating a listing that does not expose the employer’s identity.

Setting a New Position as Confidential

To set up a new position that will be defined as confidential from the start, go to Organization -> Positions -> New Position via the system menu.
This will take you to the position setup screen, where you can define the position’s attributes, including marking the confidentiality option.

In the “Management” tab, go to the “Confidentiality” field and select “Yes”
This ensures the position will be published without exposing the company name or logo on external platforms.

Updating an Existing Position as Confidential

If you have an existing position that has already been created and you want to change its settings to define it as a confidential position, you can do so easily:

Go to the Position page -> switch to the “Details” tab -> in the “Confidentiality” field, change the value from “No” to “Yes” (see image) -> and finally, save the changes.

Accessing the Position Landing Page



In the position card, under the Publishing tab, copy the link generated for your desired publishing provider (for example: posting on a social network such as Facebook) and paste it into your browser to view the relevant landing page.

Confidential vs. Non-Confidential Position Display


Once the position is marked as confidential, it will appear without the company name and without the logo, while keeping all other position details intact – exactly as shown in the image below.

If the position is not defined as confidential, this is how it will appear in the system – with the company name and logo visible.
Note: the job description, requirements, and required skills remain identical in both cases – whether the position is confidential or not.
The main difference lies in the level of employer identity exposure on external platforms.
