We also protect the privacy of our clients’ employees and candidates, website visitors, followers, suppliers, service providers, partners, and others who come into contact with Niloosoft (all of whom shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Clients,” “you,” or “Data Subjects“).
This policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit our websites, including www.Niloosoft.com and other websites of the Niloosoft group (“the Websites”), on our social media pages, or when you provide this information in the context of your interest in our products, transactions, conferences, licensing, sales, and support, as well as in applying for a job, during employment, or while providing services. The policy also explains how we process the personal information of our clients’ employees and candidates on their behalf. We operate with transparency regarding the information we collect, use, retain, and process, and we describe our principles in this document. Please read carefully to understand how we handle your personal information.

Niloosoft will generally be a Data Controller with respect to the personal information of its clients, potential clients, employees, and candidates.
Niloosoft will generally be a Data Processor with respect to the personal information of its clients’ employees and candidates.
What Information May We Collect?
We collect information about you in the context of your engagement with us or for the purpose of processing data for our clients.
The information is collected following your contractual consent to this Privacy Policy, and failure to provide the information will impair our ability to provide you with service and/or respond to your inquiries.

You are not legally obligated to provide information, but without certain information, we will be unable to provide services, licensing, support, or execute transactions. This information is collected in any case where you create an account or request support.
We collect information about employees and job candidates – including curricula vitae, interview impressions, standardized tests, data from social networks, and more, for the purposes of Niloosoft Ltd.’s own human resources recruitment needs.
Data We Process for Clients:
Our clients collect personal information about job candidates, and we provide them with human resources management services that include the storage and processing of this information – including the documentation and management of names, addresses, emails, curricula vitae, photographs, professional assessments, and even sensitive information such as health, ethnic origin, and trade union membership.
The information for each client is managed separately by the client in a secure system, where each client independently manages its own database.
Accordingly, inquiries regarding the collection of information by clients should be directed solely to Niloosoft’s clients and not to the Company.
