How was the business conducted prior to your engagement with Niloosoft?

“For years we used another recruitment system. Since we have a recruitment for all stores nationwide and also specifically in certain areas we use many recruitment sources: Facebook, LinkedIn and designated websites.”

How did you come to the decision that you need to find a solution that will improve the current situation?

“Since we use a lot of recruitment sources, we felt the recruitment process needed to be streamlined. We wanted an innovative system that can be connected even when we are not in the office, which is reached by all candidates and the system manages to bring everyone together in a convenient and efficient way.”

What solutions have been tested? And why did you choose Hunter EDGE?

“Nowadays the market has a lot of systems that offer the same idea.

We heard about Niloosoft from another network in our group and decided to try them. At first sight we saw an innovative system both visually and in terms of the creativity it gives.

We met with a representative from Niloosoft who answered all our questions clearly and realized that there was someone to trust to take this journey with us.”

How was the process of implementing the system in your organization and how long did it take you to have complete control over the system?

Tzahi, our client manager, accompanied us step by step and was available for any questions or requests.

It took just under a month before we gained complete control of the system.

What has changed and improved thanks to the Hunter EDGE recruitment system?

“In the past, we used to have to print a lot of resumes so they wouldn’t get lost.

Nowadays, we know that everything is in the system and also know how to find the relevant candidates easily. This saves us a lot of time managing the resume pool.”

What features do you use more and how do they improve the recruitment process?

“We use the automatic hunters a lot. Every morning I go on the dashboard and the hunter does my job for me.

I know when I got a new candidate and for what job. I no longer have to sort out and look for candidates for a specific job.

In addition, the “tagging words” option is very convenient for re-finding candidates. Candidates who were irrelevant at the time are tagged by certain words, and then if a position is opened –  you can find suitable candidates immediately,.”
